At Atlas Resin Proppants we promote a work environment that is driven by associate involvement, whether it's part of a continuous improvement team or through individual idea generation. We look for people who function well in a team environment and are willing to give suggestions, share ideas, and problem solve. In return, Atlas gives back to the associates by providing competitive pay and an above average benefit plan which includes a Quarterly Profit Sharing Plan.
What does Atlas do?
In a nutshell, Atlas manufactures and supplies resin coated sand proppants (northern white silica sand grains covered with hard resin coating) to companies in the oil and gas industry... Proppants are used to “prop” open fractures deep beneath the Earth’s surface in the hydraulic fracturing process. Keeping these fractures open allows natural gas and oil to flow more freely, which results in more productive wells.
We are always looking for talented, team-oriented people to work with us. Although we may not have openings at the time you apply, your application/resume will be retained for one year and will be reviewed for any future openings. We offer a variety of positions ranging from process operator, lab technician and maintenance to administrative support and professional associates.
